The Ethical Code 1.02, limits competence and offers analysis, service and training within their competence and the required review. Instruction and supervision of a person with responsibility in this field must first be undertaken by the States ' behavior analysts (Bailey & Burch, 2016). The conduct analysts should not administer this treatment without the expertise of contingent shock treatment, because it could cause their clients more harm than good. If a behavioral analyst has the expertise to handle contingent skin shock, they must follow up on current studies. The ethical code 1.03 for behavior analyses ensures that competency analysts are kept informed by the scientific and technical knowledge about their area of practice (Bailey & Burch, 2016). Conduct analysts must remain familiar with current research, to develop, retain and take professional choices to provide their clients with relevant evidence-based interventions and to provide scientific knowledge of behavioral practices. Any clinical specialist inquiry into dependent skin shock therapy would achieve the greater expertise in counseling. Although a behavioral analysis professional may have the skin shock therapy expertise, and they cannot use the procedure unless all reinforcement mechanisms have been exhausted. Ethical code 4.08, principles of sanctions, notes enforcement analysts are suggesting penalty strengthening procedures, unless they have expended the enhancement procedures and are qualified to successfully implement punishment procedures (Bailey & Burch, 2019) for clients. If a behavioral consultant uses client strengthening techniques and the data show that all applicable strengthening strategies for the client do not work for the client, we will incorporate aversive approaches such as dependent skin shocks therapy.
