Another goal of T-Mobile is to help reduce the customer effort by simplifying billing, giving them full access to their accounts online or via app, and last but not the least a consistent support team. As time and technology progresses customers are now more tech savvy, making managing their account a lot easier. Customers have now been enabled to upgrade their devices, add lines to their accounts, locate subscribers, and manage times throughout the day subscribers can now access their services. Being that people are more on the go in today’s world, a lot of customers are now more comfortable with the new and improved messaging system. At whatever time is convenient for them they can simply click on the app or go on the browser and they’ll have an actual live representative waiting to assist them. Each community now has a dedicated pair of representatives that commit to resolving customers issues online without having to

Week 6 Final Paper 9 physically speak with them in efforts to reduce the customers overall effort. This has now impacted finances because it now requires a pay raise in the individuals chosen to do the messenger role. It has been designed to hopefully help drive more calls out of the business allowing the company to be able to provide additional incentives for their employees and reward the customers for having services with T-Mobile. Being that T-Mobile is trying to be the “UnCarrier” of course everything such as prices, promotions, and even advertisements are designed to be better than any other mobile carrier competitor. By aiming to shape the mobile industry the first step for T-Mobile was to advertise not only a more economical price, but to get rid of taxes and fees as well. This would also help simplify billing for customers as well knowing that simply you’re paying for services plus any extra equipment you possibly may be financing on the account. Another way T-Mobile strategized to attract more customers by joining family and friends to their services was by bundle pricing. According to the text bundle pricing is the, “Practice of combining two or more products and selling them at a single package price that is less than the combined prices if sold separately” (Douglas 2012). T-Mobile chose to bundle Netflix and include family allowance which gave you parental controls over your lines for free. Not only were you now getting taxes and fees included for simplified billing, but you had several family benefits that could be used as well. As a business owner you must be able to accept your ups and downs, and be prepared to invest money to be able to make more money. Being that the Team of Experts is new it’s still kind of early to make any changes for improvement. There must be tenure behind making changes based upon trends that may have been observed throughout the operation. From the charts that are provided in the research earlier it looks like the major area of opportunity as a site

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
