conscientiousness and openness to experience. Mark Cuban shows conscientiousness
because he is always willing to work hard. He, also, is very willing to put in the extra
time to accomplish his goals to achieve more success. As a business man, he has showed
that he is responsible with his decisions and a dependable leader (Lussier, 2018). Mark is
also open to new experiences. He is always trying something new to be more successful
which in turn helps grow his business.
5. I believe Mark Cuban projects a negative image during the games of the Maverick team.
He is projecting a negative image because shows a lack of respect for the rules by not
dressing accordingly, and by sitting front row of the court, as opposed to in private
skybox seats (Lussier, 2018).
6. I think that in these situations a combination approach works well, and I would tell Mark
that in order to avoid all these fines he needs to change his behavior. Part of solution
would the acknowledge the way he’s behaving and need to change it for himself. If Mark

Cuban ca not control his out-bursts then maybe he should no longer attend the games
therefore changing the situation.
