Provide comprehensive care to patients with serious injuries, recent surgeries or
diagnosed diseases.
Provide treatment for complex healthcare conditions such as, rehabilitating injuries or
recuperating from surgical procedures.
Plan, implement and evaluate patient care requirements with full accountability for
patients care.
Engage in life support treatments and resuscitation, assisting medical personnel in
emergency escalated cases, such as understanding the use of
BLS during a code
Review patient’s vital signs, diagnosing lab results, x-rays and taking visual assessment of
patients to identify priority of care, and notify the physician as needed.
Educate patients on treatment options, medical needs and non-medical options for
treatments and therapy, as outlined by the attending doctor.
Years of experience in different areas of nursing, and adopting evidence-based practice
for practice guidance, professional practice guidelines, and standards of care is a plus
skills to bring to your organization.
Strong ability to work in a collaborative practice model, and a strong team player.
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding work environment
