I’m consuming enough calories in conjunction to how many I’m burning during my workouts. 3. What areas of your body are you pleased with and what areas of your body are you unpleased with? - Of course everyone has parts of their body they wish they can change and the great thing is that with a healthy eating plan and specific workout plan you can change your body. I like the build of my body, but there are definitely things that I would like to change. My legs and arms are probably my least favorite part of my body. My arms are skinny and I want to build some muscle on them. I started doing arm workouts a few weeks ago and have already started seeing changes. I would love to get them toned and bigger so that it doesn’t look like I have chicken arms. My legs aren’t skinny or fat, but I would like to get them toned as well. There’s nothing more attractive than a good set of legs and I’d love to have them! Leg workout are hard for me, I’m on my feet and going so much during work so I absolutely hate it when my legs are sore and I can barely bend over. It’s interesting because I never work out my stomach muscles much, but somehow I have abs. I like the way my body looks but there are definitely things I can’t wait to see change as I’m going through these workouts. 4. How much exercise, if any, would you say that you get on a weekly basis?

SPHE315 Lifestyle Assignment - On a weekly basis I workout about three to four times a week. I always start my workouts with a run or jog because I feel it keeps me in good shape and I always feel so much better after a good run. Running helps me kick the stress from work and everything that’s going on around me on a daily basis. After my run I do some core workouts like
