This CMO has in totality of (165)-179 units (as shown in TABLE 4). This serves as a guideline and basis for formulating policies on instructional and research Educational Development Plan, particularly pertaining to Criminal Justice

RESPONSIVENESS OF CRIMINOLOGY EDUCATION 14 Education (CJE). This is actually based on the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 7722 otherwise known as the “Higher Education Act of 1994”. Moreover, the CHED Memorandum Order updates higher educational management, collect up-to-date information for innovative educational system, electronic tools, and guidelines for public and private universities and schools. In line to this, it serves as an empowering body to develop more rational innovative programs to achieve Criminology curriculum for globalization and develop a more contemporary educational system . It is therefore the mission of the Criminology program under this CMO to provide the community with competent and upright graduates for crime prevention, detection, investigation, law enforcement, among offenders. All of these could be possibly seen in actual by completing the course requirements which requires a total of 165 units and comprised of the General Education Components. Basically, a one-semester, containing 540 hours Practicum Community Immersion (PCI) with 6 credit required where in the students are assigned to different areas of the community to apply the knowledge they learned and acquired .( .Retrieved.2019-7-21 ) Criminology curriculum requires four (4) years to complete, but some universities offer trimesteral educational system which only takes a shorter period of time. It includes On-the-Job Training (OJT) or internship which enables graduating students to acquire knowledge pertaining to their preferred jobs as they finish the course. In line to this, the
