Harry a Department Leader has issues with a staff member, Richard, who keeps
coming into work late. He is an experienced tradesperson himself and is used to
working in the trade section of the store but recently has been asked to work in the

You will meet with Harry and explain your newly developed process and action plan
and explain to him how to provide support, guidance and counsel Richard.
