Lastly I would use “Plan for challenges”, knowing that we never know what’s coming up in life my plan is to remind myself that’s it’s not worth it and its only making things worse rather than better. One way I will make sure to manage stress is by continuing to work out and being fit. This will help me by keeping my mind away from the nicotine since when I’m at the gym I have absolutely no urge to smoke. I believe Fitness will help me reduce my stress and stay mentally healthy. WORKOUT
These workouts will be done back to back with 1 minute break in between. 3 Sets of 15 Pushups 3 sets of 10 burpees 3 sets of 10 squats 3 sets of 20 mountain climbers These set of workouts will be done after completing the ones above but not break in between them. 3 sets of 1 minute crunches 3 sets of 1 minute Russian twist 3 sets of 1 minute flutter kicks 3 sets of 1 minute core plank I will use this workout every day to keep myself in shape regardless if I work out that game in the gym or don’t. The health related fitness that I will be working on is strength because I think it’s important to be strong since I play a lot of sports. This workout will help me reach my goal because it’s something that I can use to distract myself from it and it can become my new hobby eventually ending nicotine all in all. I believe that by following my five year plan I will be able to complete my goal within the amount of time.
