In the forever young team, the employees have more interaction with other organizational cultures and have a global range of work. I would be in one of the teams conformed of almost 6 members creating a global strategy and looking for local markets to follow. the material developed would have to be with well-defined communication and directly to a specific brand. The teams are conformed by senior management who work together and make global decisions from expertise learned from around the world. The team would have a team leader, account director, account executive, creative director, art director and copy writer (sometimes one person would be on charge of 2 or three of those tasks).
