Not having any blood orimmune disorder, has hypertension and high cholesterol being managed withmedications.Nutritional patterns: Reports a 3lbs gained in the past couple of months but is notbothered too much by it. Explains she tries to live healthy; her nutritional pattern consistsof more fibers, vegetables, fruits, protein and less fatty foods. Reports no changes in herappetite, she eats breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks within the day. Dinner is familymealtime, her husband and her cooks and funds feeding. She mostly eats homemade foodand fast foods occasionally. Drinks about 2 liters of water a day, fruit juice or sodasometimes. She is not much of a coffee drinker, drinks a sachet of ginseng and green
