Since we are in dire hopes of taking great strides to make the company diversified, the company will mandate the attendance of cultural diversity training within the workplace. Cultural diversity training is a set of meetings or seminars during which a consultant discusses issues related to differences related to diverse points of view with employees at a place of business. This type of training will address disparities regardingrace, religion, creed, background, sexual orientation to help all of the employees to better understand the individual experiences of co-workers.In addition, this training will offer strategies for building trust and cohesion among team members within Motors & More, Inc. The employees are likely to be more efficient in their positions if they are able to communicate effectively with team members with similar as well as different backgrounds. With an appropriate type of cultural diversity training, a diverse team at Motor’s &More, Inc. can function much more effectively with the added benefit that this team will offer a more creative approach to new projects or challenges. The employees from “all walks of life” will soon be able to provide different solutions to similar issues while givingour customers many more options. This approach also offers the ability to ensure a large number of employees all receive the same training, at a controlled cost and whereresults can be measured afterwards to determine the level of effectiveness. After the initial diversity training is been completed successfully, future “mini” in-house training sessions will also be arranged as the culture of the company continues togrow.
