The delivery can be a combination of either Online, Wired, Digital, Non-Residential or Offline, Non-Wired, Non-Digital, Residential. Asynchronous or Synchronous. Under ordinary conditions when safety and security is not an issue, HEIs should use Residential or Face or Face mode of delivery. 54
