Our dedication to perfect customer service, friendly employees, and free amenities, (because everyone loves free) will be our biggest form of gaining market shares. Every flight regardless of duration will be giving free snakes and a choice of beverages. The only beverages with exceptions will be those of the spirted type. There will be free limited Wifi for on board movies, tv shows and for data messaging. Customers will also have the option to buy full Wifi to fulfill their additional needs.
AIRLINE REVENUE MANAGEMENT PROJECT 4 We cater to all types of customers from businessmen to families to the everyday person just trying to experience to a new city. With our laid back and friendly customer service, and numerous amenities, we hope to stand apart from the rest of the competition and gain a substantial market share. As we have said before, we plan on starting off with a hub and spoke route model. However, once we are established, we plan on buying out a smaller point to point airline to expand our client base. The hubs chosen were selected for their strategic importance in their respective regions. Each hub will be open all year round. This is very important, as customers fly all over the world and layovers are inevitable. Consequently, our goal is to never have a layover longer than 3 hours. Our fleet will consist of three different Boeing models totaling approximately 600 aircraft. As we grow, we will acquire a bigger variety of aircraft to better serve our clients. Stay Woke Airlines is a new airline with plans on becoming one of the top airlines in America. We are focused on exceptional customer service with the goal to provide the best experience for your money. Stay Woke Air will be operating as full-service carrier initially, with plans to enter other markets in the future. Optimizing Airline Revenue Airlines are always troubled with concerns about how to increase revenue, productivity and responsiveness to market changes. Each airline has their own methods on how they go about this. There are multiple avenues Stay Woke Air will utilize to optimize revenue and maximize profits.
