may come from exotic parts of the world, while others may have grown up just down the road. Having them open up about their individuality could prove to be a successful way in defining the needs of all employees and at the same time having them learn about things and places unknown to before. All businesses should follow the strategy of focusing on the primary objective. In order to do this, a culture of performance within the workplace should be established. This is done by defining the overall expectations of the company as well as the overall expectations of the employees. This is of course a general understanding of the environment that is to be created. To build this environment, the organization would need to focus on the how the work should get done, recognition for their success, maintaining positive energy, and being able to provide all the necessary resources to the workers to get their job done (Performance Programs Inc., n.d.). Additionally, providing the workers with surveys that would measure their morale and motivation towards projects would help in improving the dynamics between the employees and the employers. With these tools on hand, the culture of performance in the organization would be energetic and lively, and the same time would have output at its maximum efficiency. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
