The plants have been changed to natives that require minimal water. The installation of dual flush toilets were planned for completion 6 month after settlement. Implementation The insurance for $2500 for cash on premises overnight was implemented. The company bank was opened on first week but it opened after four weeks later. The teleconferencing system was planned for 6 months after settlement but delay in federal government national broadband network, which has not been installed. Assistant manager training have moved in the morning, the manager can leave before 1pm. The plants have been changed to native plants. The installation of the dual flush toilets have been ordered and in stock but cannot be installed due to the backlog of work by district plumbers. The written procedures have been verbally explained for water saving processes. The water tank has been build into the courtyard, plumbing is to be done. Outcomes Manager travel risk was stream by travelling in day minimise the risk that will be outcomes insurance was done for the cash and daily banking was done in regular basic which minimises the theft risk. The plants have been changed to natives which minimise risk of require of minimal water. The water tank has been build which minimise risk of using council water. Evaluation The bank risk is essentially moderated and daily banking was done every day so cash was not left on premises because of this risk is low. The travel risk was high by reducing time to 3pm makes the risk low. Manager leaves meeting early that's why it reduces risk to low. Use of water risk was high not it reduced o medium.
ASSESSMENT TASK 4 1. Three ways in Conducting Research a. Qualitative analysis may be useful as an initial screening to identify if further analyse of risk is required, when the analysis is appropriate for decisions, when numerical data or resources are inadequate. b. Semi-quantitative analyses sets values to the risks in order to produce a more expanded ranking scale than that which is usually achievable from qualitative analyse. These values are not the predicted realistic figures calculated in quantitative analysis. It is important that the limitations of this form are recognised and is combined with a formula or explanation. c. Quantitative analyse of risks uses numerical values (as opposed to words)to analyse both the consequence and likelihood of risk. The quality of this analysis is dependent on the data from which it was initially sourced. The outcomes may be expressed in terms of monetary, technical, or human impact. 2. Fishbone Checklists and Brainstorming Is a visualization tool for categorizing the potential causes of a problem in order to identify the root causes. It’s ideal to use it when there are many possibilities causing a problem to occur.
