3.1 Analyse the structure of Vietinbank explaining its organisational chart in the light of its strengths and weaknesses. First of all, Vietinbank apply the functional structure to their company. Let see the Appendix A to know Vietinbank organization chart. Using the functional form make Vietinbank face to 2 sites (including: the strength and weakness of functional structure): Advantages: o It s easier to take control the recruitment, training, developing and motivating. o Surround people who have the similar knowledge and skill together. o Decreasing the labour costs. o Explore the in-depth knowledge and skill of the employees to reach the achievement. Disadvantages o Communication organization may be slower and less accurate. o Individual manager department make the decisions is inflexible. o Different departments have different priorities; resolving conflicts may be costly; customers interests could be overlooked. 3.2 Critically analyse the interrelationship between various functions within Vietinbank and how they are interconnected to organisational objectives and structure of Vietinbank.
