IV.Proposal.After consideration of all factors, the risk of losing the ability to expand in either the Europe or Alaska to competitor makes Scenario 2 a larger risk for the company than Scenario 1. The higher risk in the project is manageable losing Europe or Alaska is not. The profit from Scenario 1 will be substantial enough to support more expansion into several markets, upgrade and support automation, increase quality and ultimately customer satisfaction. That being said Scenario 1 is recommended.
