The team leader position is the person who commands the crisis negotiation team they are responsible for selecting tis members, properly training, and overseeing actual development when a hostage crisis occurs. Primary negotiator is one of the primary negotiators to help select personnel. It is based off experience of the negotiator, the demographics of the hostage taker, and the type of hostage event. The Secondary negotiator is a person will take over if the primary negotiator can't continue or establish a rapport. The Intelligence officer is responsible for finding out as much information as possible about the hostage taker and the hostages if possible. Last the Communications officer helps with all lines of communication remaining open and unobstructed. 19. Describe each member of a typical cult and his or her function within the group. The leader of the group recruits’ members and helps develop ideology. The enforcer is helps increase power in the cult leader by implied threat of action in response to disobedience or disloyalty. The cult followers provide the group the needed funds to exist communally. They do this either by signing over their own assets. They also engage in criminality or working for it. Spreading the groups message both inside and outside the group, they participate in recruitment of new members.
