While this company requires adequate documentation, government audit and review, and utilizes company vetted and approved contractor employee, which includes union labor, local content, and career development from within. Though this project includes various groups of people, this project will be managed by Capella Project Charter, who own 55% of the company’s activities and share of costs. All applicable rules and regulations will be derived from government requirements, Capella Project Charter company rules, and will follow a risk based strategic approach to tactical project implementation and assurance policy development and compliance.
