The blood you donate can be used for at least three or four patients as it is sectioned in different components which are very useful. Hence you end up saving not just one life but many lives.With simply donating blood you can make a huge difference. Visualization: While giving blood should be all about helping those in need, there ARE a few things in it for you. Firstly,your blood may flow better. Repeated blood donations may help the blood flow in a way that's less damaging to the lining of the blood vessels and could result in fewer arterial blockages. That may explain why the American Journal of Epidemiology found that blood donors are 88% less likely to suffer a heart attack. The other benefit or advantage of donating blood is that reduces the risk of heart problems and also reduces the risk of getting some type of cancer . Donating blood also refreshes your body and it generates the blood with new and better cells. The blood in your body gets fresh and it also reduces the problems of getting any diseases. The quantity of blood also increases after you donate the blood. There are many advantages to donate the blood and no single reason as to why you should not. Besides, You'll get a mini check-up .Before you give blood, you'll first have to complete a quick physical that measures your temperature, pulse, blood pressure,
