TV / radio advertising o Susie’s team will work with their advertising network to arrange production of a TV commercial and radio ad to begin airing by April 30 to create a buzz around the launch of the Tucker Crossover. Social Media advertising o Susie’s team will work with John Jones’ IT team at Tucker Automotive to begin plugging the Crossover on all social media platforms beginning April 1. ID software upgrade requirements for inputting customer orders o Rachel will facilitate John and Jane’s team collaboration to ID all the possible combination of features that need to be entered in the ordering system to be completed by April 15, 2017 o Upgrade to be completed by May 10, 2017. ID software upgrade to website to allow customers to pick and choose the features of their Crossover SUV (create a custom build) o John and Jane’s team will need to carryover the requirements from order entry into the existing website so that customers will be able to customize their Crossover, like other models, to be completed by April 15, 2017. o Upgrade to be completed by May 10, 2017. Organize Customer service training o Rachel will work with Bryan Grant’s customer service team to arrange training for both order entry and selling features of the Crossover by April 30. Preview of the launch to select clientele to verify CSR training and software integration to be completed by May 25.
