Does not include: All material shipping and handling will be coordinated by the CPC team. All regular scheduled meeting will be arranged by CPC. CPC will not be responsible for expedited orders or hot shot transportation fees if the contractor identified the issue and did not say within the timeframe to report as sated in this document. Safety and exposure hours of each entity will be reported to required local and federal government entities (i.e., OSHA). It is the responsibility of the contractor to notify CPC leadership within 24 hours any issues- safety related, financial/budgetary, resource allocation, and safety. Daily reports of status updates of tasks identified in Table 3 and any action items discussed during both regular and ad hoc meetings will be provide by COB daily from the contractor to CPC. A final report will also be expected from the contractor to CPC 15 business days after project completion to review lessons learned and discuss opportunities for efficiencies in future similar scenarios. Finally, all KPIs must be reported by the contractor to CPC upon agreed timeframe of each KPI. This is a working document, expectations and requirements are subject to change with advance notice and must be signed off by all stakeholders. Capella Project Charter Project Scope Statement 5. Project Approach Briefly describe how each of the following will be handled. Provide links to relevant documents as appropriate. 5.1 Change Management During the event of a scope change, delay, additional funding required, etc… the CPC Leadership will internally review the circumstances and will follow up with direction to the contractor. The applicable sections in the CPC Scope Project MBA 6231 will be updated and the document will be provided a new Revision number, requiring appropriate signatures. 5.2 Communication Management This document will be reviewed by CPC and Contractor Representative Lead one week after the end of every month. The Commercial Lead will upload into CMS 15 days after the end of each quarter, due to KPI input from Contractor. This working document will be stored in SharePoint. All meeting minutes will be documented in Fountain, with the Fountain Assessment ID numbers in the green cells on the Meetings tab.
