The most significant things when providing a service to the public is taking care of your customers, customers service, competitive pricing and overall flying experience. If done properly, you will gain the customers without really trying. But how many companies think about their employees? Some of my most important aspects in taking care of employees is pay, scheduling, benefits, etc. Pay rate with Stay Woke Air will be leaps and bounds above the rest. The pay gap from employee to CEO will not be substantial. When you take care of your employees, they take care of you (the business). This will create healthy competition in my work force and create a higher standard of applicant. Increasing Product Development Since technology is always changing and evolving, we as an airline must do the same. There are numerous ways to increase product development, such as Airline Predictive Analytics, Using Mobile to Boost Airline Revenues, Strategic Pricing in a Competitive Airline Market and Value-Based Airline Product Development. These are all tools that will overall improve our airline, to better serve our customers and make life a little easier for our employees.
