Recommendations for Recruiting and Training a Diversified Workforce Two recommendations for recruiting and training a diversified workforce: 1. Implement a diversity recruitment committee that not only fits the vision of the company but the demographics of the people the agency serves. Then based on the committee implement training class according to the issues or matter seen as a concern around the office. Train supervisors to show and make their employees feel valued. Employees of diverse backgrounds are marketable. Not feeling valued and knowing ones worth are reasons as to why many employees leave. 2. Language Training provide or pay for language training allowing those that speak another language to learn English and those that speak English to learn a second language. References
