Job Description Sometimes the recruiters do not receive a clear job description from the HODs and the job description changes as the recruiters start sourcing CVs. Most of the recruiters maintain contact with the selected candidate only through calls /mails for joining process while he is serving his notice period in the previous organization. Pre joining engagement can be made more effective. 3. Reason for rejecting the candidates Sometimes detailed reasoning is not shared by the HODs for rejecting the candidate’s CV or rejecting the candidate after interview because of which the recruiters face difficulty in finding the suitable candidate for the position in time.
