children we teach now determines the outcome of our society in the future and being able to be a part of history even in a minor way is a very big deal. My desire in particular is to work in an urban school with youth in that setting. Children In these areas are some of the ones that need that positive impact in their lives the most. They need to know about the importance of an education and gain the confidence they need to go all the way and get into their next stages of life. I want children to learn in a safe and comfortable environment so that their self-esteem will improve. A high self- esteem will help them to reach for and accomplish any goals they set for themselves and remove
