Our benchmarking analysis and comparison aligns with our best value strategic plan of consistent growth, and is guided buy initiatives in our balanced scorecard. Our balanced scorecard aids in developing a process for establishing a clear vision for the future and defining strategic objectives. By determining critical success factors, selecting indicators to measure and monitor performance we are able to set goals and initiatives in line with how we want to position our company. Succeeding financially is a top priority to be successful, using the balanced scorecard the best way to accomplish favorable financial positioning and growth is monitoring shareholder expectations and striving to maintain credit rating that adds to overall company image. We measure financial performance through revenue monitoring and financial statements that show if we are alignment with projections. Cash allocation is an area to improve on in future years. Another area of our balanced scorecard is striving to shape how our customers view us. This is accomplished by showing the market that our products are the best value among competition in terms of price and quality. Monitoring customer feedback, and market rankings indicates success among target market. Our internal environment is an important area as well. This is where we our operations and efficiency standards help to drive performance. Providing excellence in quality control and process efficiency is supported by plant productivity and having upgrades when necessary. As the company grows we review performance to learn from pervious years and make changes to adapt to the market by revising our strategic approach.
