The independentprofessional identity which focuses on knowledge of the profession,philosophy of the profession, professional roles & expertise, attitude,engagement behaviors and interaction (Hong Ryun Woo, 2013). 1.00 – 1.79Very LowThis means that theprofessional identityitem is not manifestedat all.The dependent variable questionnaire was adapted from Cevat Celep which isorganizational commitment focuses on commitment to school, commitment toteaching work, commitment to teaching occupation and commitment to work group.The Likert Scale is use as basis in describing the level of the organizationalcommitment.Likert Scale requires individuals to tick on the box/blank in response to a largenumber of items concerning an attitude, object, and stimulus. commitment item is notmanifested at all.Data CollectionAfter the approval of the panel members the researcher under goes the followingsteps and procedures in gathering data for the study.The researcher ask permission from the office of the Superintendent of the IslandGarden City of Samal to conduct the study among the different public high school ofBabak District Island Garden City of Samal Davao Del Norte. Upon the approval, theletter of endorsement is seeking to accommodate the researcher to administer thesurvey questionnaire to the respondents of the study. Moreover, the researcher makeanother letter to conduct the study to teachers in their respective schools in BabakDistrict Island Garden City of Samal. The researcher asks for approval from the sixSchool Heads to distribute survey questionnaires to their respective teachers. Theresearcher personally hand in the questionnaires and explain the research tool andits purpose.
