From that perspective each employee will understand and get engaged to make necessary changes if also changes and their projected impact to company results are communicated as their contribution. Perfect way to do it less formal is common “unfreezing” workshop away from office and meeting room where informal and open atmosphere can be achieved. The following managerial change plan will provide successful change of employees’ attitude hand in hand with company success on the market. Benchmarking One of the steps in the organizational change plan is to see how a company is positioned against its competitors or industry leaders, which is often called benchmarking. It is important to establish a scale that will be used to measure performance in key areas that are in the particular interest (Cross, n.d.). Given that the profits are decreasing it seems rational to compare the financial conditions of the main competitors of Instala Center s.r.o., which is the role of the following paragraph.

Organizational Change Plan of Instala Center s.r.o. 6 There are several competitors of Instala Center s.r.o. which could be divided into two categories. Firstly, there are hobby markets such as OBI, Hornbach, Bauhaus or Baumax. Although they could be considered as a direct competition, benchmarking against these corporations could provide misleading results, as the product range offers more than plumbing and heating products, which Instala Center s.r.o. offers. Therefore, there is the second category of local shops, which includes companies such as Bugar s.r.o., HEATING Solutions s.r.o., or SIKO Kúpeľne a.s. Hence, it is viable to compare revenues of the above mentioned companies. The following figure shows the revenues of Instala Center s.r.o. from 2012 until 2016. Figure 2. For this reason, it seems viable to analyze the structure of this company. According to the corporate webpage of SIKO Kúpeľne a.s., the company uses flat hierarchy where employees have the chance to express their opinions directly to the management and owners of the company. Additionally, the company relies on the power of feedback and criticism, as it allows them to improve their services (SIKO Kúpeľne a.s., n.d.). Similar approach could be implemented in the company Instala Center s.r.o., which will be discussed in the following section.
