Social networking has also become popular with the companies to advertise and also to purchase products, which could be advertising to underage children. But it is also used by company’s employees to find the information that is needed to complete a job some kind of way ( Kaupins, 2011 ). Social networking has become part of today’s society, which could have very serious moral and ethical influences on society overall. Concluding Social networking has evolved and continues to change communication around the world. It has connected people and helped build relationships. On the lines of communication is has also helped with politics and served as advertisement tool for campaigning. But, social networking has also caused legal issues to arise along with court cases. It has also been noted that social networking can be a distraction at work causing a loss for the company and it can even cause serious implications such as being fired. Companies look at employee’s profiles to make hiring decisions as well. Social networking has also allowed advertisement to change; companies take

advantage of the massive amount of social networking users to advertise their products and services. Social networking has many positive things, but it has caused many issues for society. It has made society inactive and caused them to be bound to a computer in order to interact with others instead of meeting face-to-face. To make matters worse, social networking has aided in cyber bullying as well as helped sex offenders find their targets. This would be considered unethical as well as misuse of such a powerful and emerging technology. Social network is an amazing communication tool that is used properly holds great value. It reconnects people, creates friendships, keeps users updated on current news, and even serves to educate. This is a technology that will continue to grow and expand as time goes on. In the future more and more people will be part of social networks in order to stay connected and communicate. Social networking sites will continue to change communication, friendships, and interactions in society.
