CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONSPenshoppe, one of the well – known local fashion retail store is still in acompetition among other local brands, foreign brands and even in its sister company.Even being in the fashion industry for 33 years, the clothing brand still needs animprovement in releasing and producing new and trendy designs. Since Penshoppe is alocal brand and was first established in Cebu, it is recommended for the fashion – retailstore to have more local endorsers or brand ambassadors to emphasize and promotethe famous local brand.Penshoppe is adjusting as good as necessary to become more suitable for thedesires of the modern society and to be able to manage the effects of both internal andexternal factors. However, the usage of technological factor to encourage customersonline may seem new to the retail – store. It is recommended for the fashion – retailstore to cope up with the modernization of the society to supply and satisfy theconsumers.
