Imagine that you are serving on a committee to select an artist who will create a memorial to the military personnel who have died in the Iraq war. What might the artwork look like, and who would you select to create it? Your essay should be original and no less than two paragraphs in lengthth. In understanding what was the reason for the United States ever entering the Iraq War. With the understanding that the United States was brutally attacked that it caused the Bush administration to start prepping the military with the involvement of Iraq in late 2001. September 11, 2001 will always be a day that most will never forget. This was the day that you couldn’t find one American did not come together. In the wake of the United Stated had declared war on Iraq for most would found to not behind the killing of thousands of American with this attack. It was believed that Iraq leader at the time Saddam Hussein was thought to have Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD). This would more than Hundred Thousand American troops to that would be deployed to Iraq. Even when this was short lived war. The consequences after most of forces was pushed from Iraq. There was part most people don’t thin k about the after affects. In those who has continue to deploy or have been deployed and those who have lost their life. The question would be how do honor those who have gone on with taken such a massive leap. When honoring those for their selfless service can go unrecognize at time but being able to dedicate what each service man and woman has done should be given one of the biggest platform with not just those who lost lives but those who as is still alive today. Most Memorial want to be given after people have past away. We can look at every major memorial and it dedicated to dead. Even at time we tend to name even highways and bridges after those who was killed or might have past away. The question would be why not honor those while they are still alive and not when they have been killed or died. It like that old saying give me my flowers now while I can smell them not wait until I am dead where I can’t see or smell them. Also, it shouldn’t just take some being killed or dying to be honor at all.
