If the failed course is a prerequisite of the next course in the sequence, students who fail the prerequisite course will not be permitted to proceed to the next course in the sequence until a passing grade has been earned in the prerequisite course. Students who fail a course will not be permitted to take the failed course concurrently with the next course in the sequence if the failed course is a prerequisite of the next course. Please note that retaking a failed course does not replace the original grade on your transcripts. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
