Part 1 1. In the job in Peterpan we belong to a big network of travel agencies in Australia. The contacts have been developed over time through cooperation on tours and packages, networking events and informal meetings in popular tourist destinations where we and other agencies arrange tours. 2. Networking events, website discussions and focus groups. 3. Networking events help the company to know about new innovations, meet new suppliers and be aware of trends in the industry. In this way it helps the company to stay current and provide timely products and services to customers. Website discussions give an insight into customers’ feelings, recommendations and feedback. This is information the company can use to improve its business. Focus groups help the company to learn about the industry and create a strategy. 4. Self Confidence: when you are confident you can effectively speak with all your customers. Positive attitude: be positive during the whole process. Communication: The ability to read, write and speak clearly is essential Problem solving: It is very important to know how to help or solve a problem Negotiation: Working with others to get an agreement 5. Every time that you have new information that is important to your company you have to share with you co-workers, so the best way is by a system that can be an email for example, so you can write an email with the new information and share with them, in this way you also record and make a good communication it is essential to write a clear and formal email that can facilitate the communication. There are also presentations, meetings, and calls. 6. It is important to share the information because all people in the company can benefit from the information in different situations. By sharing the information, the company can more effectively allocate resources because employees get a more effective work day because they have information available at all times and do not need spend time searching for the information. 7.
