For instance, it can be named a 'family offer' where a 20% discount is provided for above five coffee cups and snacks or sandwiches. This family offers can also be printed in fliers that can be given to random people on the streets. If someone takes the flyer to their house, anytime, they have a family gathering, and they will consider going to the coffeehouse. Therefore, because Caribou offers quality services, the customer can become a regular to the place thus improving their customer base. Strategic Analysis ConclusionsI have learned that Caribou is a company that provides quality services and aims to bethe best internationally. They are very ambitious, and they try to make sure that whatever strategies they implement are for the betterment of the general company. The company has a wide range of customers who love their products and one thing about them is they try their best to satisfy customer needs. Moreover, they are very ambitious because there are so many stores internationally and locally especially in Germany, other than Kuwait there are other Caribou stores in the country.
