She used humor and empathy as they struggled. She told stories of her own challenges learning to create potato tournes and continued to provide reassurance and support. She would not let the students give up and she demonstrated she believed in their success. She is determined to have the students become successful. No matter how challenging a part of the cooking process is, she is their showing them and helping them become successful. She demonstrates notonly to the class but to each student individually. She wants them to be successful. It is with everything they are doing. Even with just simply frying bacon. 6.Effective teachers always reflect on the lesson, and lesson outcomes. Listen as the teacher reflects on this lesson, and compare it to the responses you have written on the observation worksheet. Use both the teacher’s reflections and your own observation when writing your overall observational reflection. The teacher reflects on how the student did on cooking today. She reviews them over simple things that they previously learn and what they learn today. This will help the students to remember for the next lesson or test. The teacher does a very good job with helping the students understand. She has her classroom set up so its easy for the students to move around and for the teacher to get to each student individually. She makes sure that everyone also learns something today. From cutting up potatoes or frying bacon. She has things wrote on the board, so the students would have a refence to go back to if theteacher was busy helping other students. The teacher also handed out packets for everyone to follow along by. She does a very good job all away around.
