12.Evaluate your intake of beverages. Are you consuming enough or too little? What types of beverages are you consuming the MOST? Does this concern you? Why or why not? B) Identify at least one SPECIFIC and measurable improvement in regards to your fluid intake that you’re willing to make starting this week. A measurable goal usually has numbers and/or a time frame in it (i.e. “I used to drink soda a lot – but I’ve replaced it with a lot of other sweetened beverages like juice, punch, and vitamin water. My goal this week is to limit my intake of sweetened beverages to NO MORE THAN 1 CUP (8 oz) each day.” ). (2 points) Personal Evaluation: I am not drinking enough water for sure. It had I don’t feel I need as much when it is cold out side. I do feel as if my body could use more. It doesn’t concern me because being in the military I know you got to look a lot into how your pee is before freaking because if its still really clear maybe your body just isn’t needed that much. Specific Goal: I am going to limit drinking soda to one a week that shouldn’t be hard and I am going to also start drinking a glass of water every morning and ever night just to increase my intake.
