be stowed in the sleeper compartment and then tossed up in the passenger seat when it is time to go to bed. While parked at a truck stop ride around the outer edges of the parking lot, to avoid traffic. Some stops have little trails you can follow. Running shoes are also inexpensive options and are very easy to store. Truck drivers can walk or jog in the same places they would ride a bicycle. Weights can be just as effective, although care must be taken in selections. It is best to choose weights easily used while driving down the road. Words of caution though, make sure the weights can be store securely. Weights rolling under acceleration pedal, brake or clutch is extremely dangerous, and could be deadly. Pedometers can be used in conjunction with the bicycle or running shoes to track progress. Tracking progress is a fantastic motivator.
