Education has immense part in framing the wellbeing aspects of humans. If education is
implied in the right direction, it can lit up even dark world. In terms of medication,
education can cause wonders and bring people to life by healing and reducing their pain.
Urinary tract infection has cause inconvenience to lots of patients in the recent era and
awareness in this regard has become essentially important to save all elderly patients from
the pain caused. The awareness and prevention would help facilitate the patients to keep
themselves away from this disease and take measures that could prevent its occurrence.
The whole society mis-concepts that urinary tract infections occur mostly in old age people
however the research on this topic has proven that everyone is prone to it depending to the
conditions, routine and diseases they have been suffering from (Clarke, 2013). Hence in
this regard, it is very important to initiate awareness programs at all scales so that
prevention starts from a very early stage. Hygiene guidance shall also be provided which
can prevent in its occurrence. Facebook and twitter are excellent medium to educate mass
audience and to bring change. Similarly educational seminars shall also be obtained.

For my EBP project which is on urinary tract infections, the internal method which I would
use for implementation and dissemination of my project would be making manuals for user-
friendly guidelines. Manuals for EBP projects serve several purposes. The manual will
contains skills and techniques that individuals can adopt to prevent occurrence of urinary
tract infections and what measures can be taken if it is already diagnosed. Since the tips
presented are easy to be implemented, the need of hiring experts especially for this
project. The manuals provided for these prevention and awareness purpose are very
detailed. Nursing staff can take care of patients and guide them well using these manuals.
Similarly, nurses can also take test of how well the patients are implying manual
information in order to ensure that its implications are up to the mark (AHRQ Effective
Health Care Program, 2017). Similarly for this purpose, the external method is creating an
online website and health care system where people from all around the globe can register,

raise their queries and get seasoned awareness from experts regarding prevention and
cure of the urinary tract infection. It is very important to report result to this group to
know regarding how the masses are being impacted and what can be done on global scale
to diminish the healthcare crisis in this regard.
