With different sources and viewpoints, you may not be able to know what is your actualmemory and what was influenced from other sources and individuals.All of the studied research on memories proves why an eye-witness testimonial should not beallowed in court since it can be conflicted, especially if it was over a long period ago. So many
innocent individuals have been accused of convictions that were not true. It has impacted themnegatively with life altering affects. DNA evidence is reliable since it proves if a personcommitted a crime and does not rely on an eye-witness testimony. Sexual abuse, drug use,violence and acts of terrorism have used eye-witnesses to accuse them of such crime from theuse hearsay than from verifiable evidence.
