Present Innovative Aggressiveness We have to add all of the above components of the marketing aggressiveness. The present Level of Marketing Turbulence is at level 3.1 in the present. There are almost six components which will be explained in detail below. I. Banking Aggressiveness – High – (4): The Premier bank account of ADCB market structure will be multi competitor. They have a higher rate of banking aggressiveness with to attracting the customers with their services than the competitors II. Marketing/Banking Concept – Advanced – (3): They have an advanced banking concept by providing many different changes in improving based on the customers responsive from each type of adds in the industry. III. Percentage of Profit Spent on Banking/Marketing – Moderate – (3): The Percentage of the profit spend on banking by the ADCB is comparatively moderate. 35

Recommended Action Percentage of profits spent on banking is in level (3) and the future turbulence level is (4).It must align with the future turbulence level for the successful attainment of the bank after 10 years. It must change from moderate to be very high. IV. Role of Marketing Department in Banking Industry – Serve the customers – (3): The main role of marketing department is serving the customers very effectively and efficiently. They have an advanced marketing concept by providing many different changes in improving based on the customers responsive from each type of adds in the banking industry Recommended Action Role of marketing department is in level (3) and the future turbulence level is (4).It must align with the future turbulence level for the successful attainment of the bank after 10 years. They have a higher rate of banking services aggressiveness for attracting the customers. V. Responsiveness to Competition – We will not be undersold – (3): The Premier bank account of ADCB market structure is responsiveness to their competitors by not undersold. They will not undersell with their competitors responses. Recommended Action Responsiveness to competitors is in level (3) and the future turbulence level is (4).It must align with the future turbulence level for the successful attainment of the bank after 10 years. They have to change their competitions by leading the pack so as to be successful.
