change in the style of leadership over the years, there is clearly a noticeable
accumulated attribute: that leadership is a relationship that involves intercommunication
between both leaders and followers. This re-evaluation of leadership allowed for a
deeper connection between employee bases, which would reflect in a higher level of
productivity in the long term of doing business. When the level of confidence from all
employees rises, there is more room for ideas and motivation to work as a team, not
just as a leader or a manager. The workforce has established many different leadership
styles since the industrial revolution from experience and hardwork.

Leadership in the industrial era is moderately compiled to express that the leader would
establish the vision of the company, implement the goals, and lead the employees
through it all without any use of interpersonal skills or two-way communication. Since
many companies are very complex, it is best to utilize knowledge throughout the whole
business. The positive aspect of today’s certain leadership styles is that leaders listen to
