Some Terms to Think About: Christian world and life view. o A worldview is not just a list of beliefs but a living view; not just an academic endeavor but a personal one as well. o To be open-minded means to be open to something other than what you already believe. Not one of us is perfect in knowing truth. Therefore, being open-minded to other possibilities for truth is a continuing self-test in your discovery of truth. You can still hold strongly to your beliefs, but you must be humble enough to keep your mind open to other possibilities. Worldview. o A worldview is a set of beliefs about reality and human nature. I will give more complete definitions of this important concept in later chapters.
