PROCESS OF CARE PLANNING 4 The trial at exploring the assessment and planning at the workplace aspect focused the task needs. In this paper, the task performance theory is described as the proficiency with which the workers execute the tasks which are recognized as part of their job, the task which contributes to the technology of an organization either directly through implementing a section of its technological processes, or indirectly through offering it with the required materials. According to a study, the task performance incorporates the accomplishment of tasks as well as duties which are defined in the description of a job. However, another research paper argues that with the changing roles, the description of responsibilities might not provide some solid grounds for describing task performance. ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR Numerous researchers over time have argues that planning as well as assessment incorporates more the just task performance. This theory is defined as the behavior of an individual which is extra-role or discretionary not explicitly or directly recognized as an acceptable reward system, and it promotes the functioning of the business. The sub-dimensions of this theory are cheerleading, civic virtue, altruism, sportsmanship, conscientiousness and courtesy ( Newton and LePine, 2018) . Over time, numerous concepts that overlap and related to this theory have been proposed. PSYCHODYNAMIC THEORY This theory seeks to understand why individuals behave in a certain way. This theory focuses on the inner world of a person, which is subdivided into ego, superego and id. In the theory, the id entails the primal drive for seeking pleasure as well as avoiding the pain. Superego incorporates societal expectations, conscience and social mores (Thyer, 2017). Lastly, the ego

The unconscious brain in constant battle with the conscious part of the mind and this creates a lot of anxiety as well as, making a person adopt some defense strategy to address the stress caused by the inner conflict ( Dashtipour and Vidaillet, 2016) . For the planning as well as assessment in a workplace, it quite vital to remember that the internal strife exists and there is no single person that shows this behavior with a good reason. Establishing the cause can help an employee to evaluate the desires of the customers and situation, offering them the services they need. PSYCHOSOCIAL THEORY The theory focuses on how people are shaped by as well as react to the social environment. According to the theory, the sense of an individual evolves and grows as they experience several social in their life, every of which makes a person adapt as well as react. These crises incorporate mistrusts and trust that happens in infancy as well as informs how a person trusts; inferiority versus industry, that informs the qualities such as the competency, work- ethics as well as the self-worth and isolation versus intimacy, that offers the basis for love ( Oliviere and Hargreaves, 2017).
