Devise a project plan. Conduct a team meeting to develop a plan with
your team (take minutes of this team meeting) that includes the
following elements/ideas- steps/items
a.
Project plan – This includes goals and objectives,
deliverables/outcomes (incorporating workplace innovation and
productivity measures; record new ideas and achieved
improvements on the balanced scorecard), and a
communications and reporting plan.
i.
You may use the minutes template/sample at the end of
this assessment task or you may create your own (see
Appendix 2 to this task).
ii.
Decide with your team how you will monitor/watch and
review your plan during the course of the project. You must
decide when you will meet to review your team’s progress
and what kinds of progress reports will be
generated/created. This information should be recorded in
the communications and reporting plans.

Tasks and resources required – You must agree with your team
on the tasks that must be carried out, the resources/items, kit,
people that will be necessary, and which tasks may be
considered milestones/targets. You may use any of the following
