2. What strategy would you use to reduce invoice errors, given the results of this experiment? Since the highest contributor to the invoice errors is the specialty group, it would be wise to try to reduce the errors in the specialty product to the minimum before trying to figure out the reason behind the high errors. As we have noticed that foreign products have a higher chance of causing errors than domestic products, it would be appropriate to establish less foreign locations to help reduce the overall invoice errors due to a reduction in the correlation coefficient (Mitra, 2016). We could also strategize on focusing more on the commodity products rather than the specialty products due to the high amount of errors in the specialty products.
