Their strategy offers affordable cruise vacations for the masses, ports that provide service and scenery, and endless fun activities aboard. While Carnival has a cruise line for every price point, they will need to utilize their dominant position to either get ahead or stay ahead of their competition. It is recommended that Carnival provide promotional deals and offerings that suggest a lower price rather than their competitors, while still providing the same quality of service and making sure that they maintain their revenue.

As stated before, there will most likely always be some sort of lawsuit pending at any given time, so it is important and crucial for Carnival to minimize these damages that could potentially ruin their reputation. Whileit is unfortunate that accidents may happen aboard these ships, it is always recommended to make things right with the passengers.
