They are very good certificates, they were designed in Kenya and they were brought. So I am begging for the parents and for the students to come and collect their certificates. Each certificate is 40 South Sudanese pounds.” He says committees will be formed to take certificates to remote counties and distribute them to students who cannot afford travel to Aweil.
