a diverse team is another great strategy to develop an effective team. Each person will bring something different to the team, different way of thinking, and different skills that will help the team be more effective. Each member of the group must know what goal is set out for the team to meet, there must be guidelines and rules set out for each member to follow. Everyone has to the on the same page in order for the project to be finished. Giving constructive feedback to resolve conflict can help the team stay focused and continue to work together on the project. Feedback is a great way for teams to encourage each other, no matter what.
