improve route efficiency. The estimates for this option, unfortunately also include mandatory modules that Kingo was not interested in purchasing, focused on areas like finance and manufacturing. The inability to customize the modules purchased made this option the least cost effective, based on known costs. Team Collaboration Summary: Our team worked well together. We utilized Google Docs and group texts to communicate, coordinate and complete the assignment. We started the process by identifying a plan for completing the work as a team. Since you generally don’t think of writing a paper as requiring a team effort, it took some additional communication and creative thinking to come up with a plan that allowed everyone to provide input and required each team member to contribute to the final product. Since we have team members on varied schedules, utilizing a group text allowed all of us to communicate in a timely manner. Since our cell phones are already integrated into most, if not all, aspects of our lives, it was convenient to check in on the conversation regularly. When one team member wasn’t able to respond immediately, it was easy to catch up in the conversation and jump in when we were able. Google Docs was integral to our process. Having a single document that housed all of our information allowed us to collaborate for all phases of the project. Since we wanted to ensure that everyone had the opportunity to provide input into the content and focus of the final paper, we created a section for each team member to brainstorm and identify the key points that he/she felt were important to include based on the three

questions that were identified in the assignment. Next, three team members each took one of the three questions and wrote a few paragraphs that highlighted the key points identified by the team. Finally, the last team member combined the three sections into a single, cohesive paper. Before submitting, each team member had the opportunity to review the entire process that was completed in the Google Doc and provide feedback on the final paper. For the next round, we will work to better communicate when we have completed our individual pieces in the document so that the other team members can provide timely feedback. We will also continue to ensure we hold each other accountable for contributing equally to the final product.
